How it works

  • 1. Place your order

    On the 1st of each month, Klaus Karton gets to work preparing the Club Box. If you order after this date, your first delivery will be the following month.

  • 2. Track your order

    Shipping is included in your Club Box price. Once your box ships (around the 10th of each month), you'll receive tracking info so that you know it's on its way.

  • 3. Open, enjoy & share!

    We won't tell you in advance what's in the Club Box, that would spoil the surprise!

    Once you and others receive their Club Boxes, share photos and favourites using the hashtag #germanboxesclub

Club Box

What will the Club Box contain?

Each Club Box will usually contain 10-15 items from a variety of products that may include chocolate, candies, gummies, chips, cookies and more. The total weight of each box is about two pounds.

Can I request specific items?

No. Each Club Box for the month will contain a variety of items, but cannot be customized. If you are looking for specific items or would like to order more of something you received in a past Club Box, check out our selection in the Germanboxes Shop.

Can I buy a past Club Box?

We will sometimes have a limited number of Club Boxes from past months available in the Germanboxes Shop

Shipping

When will my Club Box arrive?

The exact shipping time from Germany can vary, especially at the moment due to slowdowns in mail processing - we have seen packages take over two weeks. You will receive a tracking number for your delivery shortly after it is shipped out, on or around the 10th of the month.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is included in the price of each monthly box.

Will I have to pay taxes or duties?

Your Box will arrive via USPS (or Canada Post), and in our experience, generally no duties or taxes are charged. In rare circumstances, taxes or duties and a small processing fee may be charged. We’d like to know when this happens, so please let us know.

Subscription

What is the subscription term?

There is no commitment. The Club Box is based on a pay-as-you-go model. You are never locked in to a term, and you can cancel or change your subscription at any time starting with the following month. For example, if you cancel any time in October, you will still receive the October Club Box, and then not be charged or receive the Club Box starting in November.

Can I change my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

When will I be charged?

Orders for the Club Box are automatically generated on the first day of the month, and you will be charged on or shortly after that date for that month’s box.

Are gift subscriptions available?

Absolutely - just place an order and have it delivered to the lucky recipient! If you don’t want to gift an ongoing subscription, you can also purchase gift cards in various amounts in the Germanboxes Shop.
